3. Peacock Pose – A pose highly revered for building strength in the upper body and superior core strength. Originally called the Mayurasana, this pose forces practitioners to balance on their hands whilst keeping their entire bodies off the ground. This pose is good for balance and strength but also aids the inner organs.
